General Questions
What insurance do you accept?
All providers take most Cigna plans. There are a few we do not accept and we will go over the plans prior to your visit.
Most patients use their out-of-network benefits with us. They self-pay, then upon completion of their visit, they are provided with a claim form reflecting their payment for services rendered. The patient submits the form to their insurance company.
Do you take Medicare?
Drs Chang, Osborn, and Singh are non-par with Medicare. The patient pays us at time of service and we submit a claim to Medicare on their behalf. Dr. Loughney has opted out of Medicare so her medicare patients are self-pay patients and we do not submit any charges to Medicare for her.
